  • Our systems are specifically designed and manufactured to meet the requirements of the life sciences industry and other demanding production environments. They are suitable for cleanrooms in Classes A through D and for applications with strict requirements for cleanability, hygiene and GMP compliance.
    Typical applications include:

    • sterile production
    • aseptic filling
    • weighing and dispensing processes
    • pharmaceutical production areas with special requirements
    • biotechnology
    • cosmetics industry
    • semiconductor industry
    • dairy and food industries

Our hardware systems are used by 80% of the world's top 40 pharmaceutical companies.

  • Yes. We provide demo units free of charge upon request for testing. Our sales team will be happy to assist you with setup and provide guidance, either in person at your location or remotely.
This allows you to test the system in your own environment and determine whether it suits your application and requirements.

  • That depends primarily on where the system will be used and on your workflows.

Mobile solutions are particularly suitable for applications with limited space, long distances between work areas or changing workstations. Our battery-powered TROLLEY systems can be moved wherever they are needed. In many applications, one mobile TROLLEY system can therefore replace two or more fixed systems.

Fixed solutions are suitable when the HMI is required at a defined workstation and no additional flexibility is needed.

Which option is best always depends on the specific application. Our sales team will be happy to help you choose the right solution.

  • No. Cleanroom hardware is an important part of our portfolio, but our solutions go well beyond that.

With our VENTUS series, we offer mobile workstations for life science and healthcare environments outside the cleanroom. VENTUS is used in a wide range of settings, including pharmaceutical packaging and production, storage and distribution, diagnostic and test laboratories as well as hospitals and clinics.

Our subsidiary Stormbit GmbH further expands our portfolio. Stormbit offers VEYA, a platform for digital labeling and data visualization in GxP-regulated environments, along with compatible hardware such as wireless Life Science Labels (LSL). This makes validated information available in real time on displays, e-paper labels and dashboards.

We are not only an HMI manufacturer but also a solution provider for the life sciences industry. Our consulting team supports you from planning and system selection through installation, qualification documentation and IQ/OQ. We also provide service, support and maintenance during operation.

  • Yes. Thanks to the modular design of our systems, existing HMI systems can be retrofitted, upgraded or adapted to new hardware requirements even after installation. The retrofitting can be carried out either directly at your site or at one of our service hubs.

  • Yes. We recommend having our HMI systems inspected and maintained regularly by trained personnel. This helps identify at an early stage if a system is no longer in a cleanroom-compliant condition, allowing appropriate measures to be taken in time.

  • To ensure a smooth installation and commissioning process, the steps outlined in the relevant user manual should be followed exactly. Our service technicians will be happy to assist you with the installation and commissioning of your system.

  • The suitability of our systems is generally assessed as part of the hardware qualification process in accordance with the GMP and FDA requirements applicable to the specific cleanroom. We are happy to assist you with preparing the necessary qualification documentation and carrying out the qualification tests.
For more information, please contact our sales team or submit a request through our ticket system.
