Service Level 1 contains an annual maintenance of the systems including an integrity check (system is undamaged, the mounting is secure, the system is fully functional, battery capacity is still sufficient). If minor defects are detected, such as a defective cover cap or a porous rubber seal, these are replaced directly on site. Additional „on demand“ visits can also be booked.
Service Level 2 supplements Level 1. Our technician visits up to twice a year for an inspection and also offers operator training on our systems. You can also use this package to book the inspection of third-party devices.
In addition, you receive a replacement device for each product type at a 20% discount as well as client software support (IGEL, NYMI).
Service Level 3 offers a 40% discount on replacement devices and a total of four service appointments alongside the services from Level 2. Furthermore, spare parts defined in a list are kept in stock and can be made available at short notice or replaced by the service technician. You can reach us via our 24-hour emergency hotline.
