Ralf Kreuzer is the new Head of Business Development APAC

Systec & Solutions is growing in the APAC region - and we are delighted that Ralf Kreuzer has joined our team to meet the increasing demand from the Asia-Pacific region. As Head of Business Development APAC, Ralf will play a central role in our expansion eastwards.

Ralf is originally from the Allgäu region in southern Germany and has lived and worked in Thailand for over 25 years. He has dedicated his career to building international sales structures for high-end German brands in the APAC region.

We spoke to Ralf about what excites him about his new role, what makes the APAC region so exciting and what a perfect day off looks like for him:

🔸 What attracted you to the role at Systec & Solutions?
Systec & Solutions is a hidden champion in a growing market. I was attracted by the combination of high-quality, specialized products "Made in Germany" and a truly international team.

🔸 What makes the Asia-Pacific market particularly exciting for you?
It is an incredibly diverse and dynamic region - culturally, economically and also in terms of infrastructure. That's exactly what makes it challenging, but also full of opportunities.

🔸 What can partners and customers in the region look forward to?
Proactive and committed collaboration, faster local support and a good dose of positive energy.

🔸 You have lived in Thailand for many years. How does that help you in your role?
It gives me a deep understanding of the local cultures. Living here has also shaped me a lot - with a mixture of cosmopolitanism and an entrepreneurial mindset.

🔸 What does a perfect day off look like for you?
Spending time with family and friends, reading and writing (philosophy and psychology), listening to music, meditating and playing soccer.
